Bengaluru : ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿತ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೊದಲೇ ಮುಂಗಾರು ಮಳೆಯಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಹವಾಮಾನ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಹವಾಮಾನ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹಲವು ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಗಾರು ಪೂರ್ವ ಮಳೆಯಾಗುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದೆ. ಅವಧಿ ಮುನ್ನವೇ ದೇಶದ ಹಲವು ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಳೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 16 ರಿಂದ 22 ರವರೆಗೆ ದೇಶದ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿರುಗಾಳಿ ಸಹಿತ ಮಳೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಚ್ ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳು 1901 ರಿಂದ ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಬಿಸಿಲಿನ ತಾಪಮಾನವನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿವೆ, ಇದು ತಜ್ಞರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಮುಂಗಾರು ಪೂರ್ವ ಮಳೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಬಹುದು. ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 16 ರಿಂದ ಮಳೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದ್ದು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮತ್ತು ಮೈಸೂರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹಲವು ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 18 ರವರೆಗೆ ಮಳೆಯಾಗುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದೆ.
ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ, ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧೆಡೆ ಮಳೆಯಾಗಲು ಅರಬ್ಬಿ ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಾಗಿರುವ ಮೇಲ್ಮೈ ಚಂಡಮಾರುತವೇ ಕಾರಣ ಎಂದು ಹವಾಮಾನ ಇಲಾಖೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 16 ರಿಂದ 18 ರ ನಡುವೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ, ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ, ಕಲಬುರಗಿ, ಬೀದರ್, ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಗದಗ, ವಿಜಯಪುರ, ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಳೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ.
ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 17 ಮತ್ತು 18 ರಂದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ, ಹಾಸನ, ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು, ಮಂಡ್ಯ, ಕೊಡಗು, ಮೈಸೂರು ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ, ಮತ್ತು ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಗುರದಿಂದ ಸಾಧಾರಣ ಮಳೆಯಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವು ಮುಂಗಾರು ಪೂರ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಸಜ್ಜಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಮುಂಬರುವ ಮಳೆಗೆ ಸಜ್ಜಾಗುವಂತೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Karnataka Braces for Early Monsoon Rains, Met Department Issues Forecast
Bengaluru : The weather department has issued a forecast that Karnataka might experience monsoon rains before the scheduled time. As per the Meteorological Department, several parts of the state, including North Karnataka, are expected to witness the pre-monsoon rains. The department has also predicted that many areas of the country will experience rain before the season, and the southern parts of the nation will receive rainfall with storms from March 16 to 22.
The months of February and March have recorded the highest sunny temperatures since 1901, which, according to the experts, may lead to the pre-monsoon rainfall. The rainfall is expected to commence from March 16, and many parts of the state, such as Bengaluru and Mysore, are expected to receive the rain till March 18.
According to the Meteorological Department, a surface cyclone in the Arabian Sea is the reason for the rainfall in various parts of the state, including Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts, starting from today. Between March 16 to 18, Uttara Kannada district, Bagalkote, Bellary, Kalaburagi, Bidar, Dharwad, Gadag, Vijayapur, Koppal districts will receive rain.
The department has also predicted that there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in Bengaluru city, Hassan, Chikkamagaluru, Mandya, Kodagu, Mysore Shimoga, and Tumkur districts on March 17 and 18. Karnataka is gearing up for the early monsoon, and the authorities have advised citizens to stay prepared for the upcoming rains.
